Each plays one enemy and writes a specific plan to take your customers: the big company that adds your idea as a feature, the cheap copycat that clones it for a fraction of the price, the fast startup that ships twice as fast, the free tool that is good enough to make you pointless, and the customer stealer that goes straight for your first hundred customers.
- A judge Claude reads all five plans, shuffled and without names, and picks the one that would hurt you most.
- You get the weakness that plan goes after, and three things to do this week to fix it before a real competitor finds it.
Everything is written to a .rival folder where you run it. It never touches your other files.
