What this actually is
An AI can already give you a layout. What it gives you badly is motion, and motion is the entire reason a site reads as expensive. That gap is what an agency bills you for, and it is the gap these four libraries close with copy and paste code.
None of them is a template or a site builder. They are component libraries: you keep the project you already have, including one Claude or v0 generated for you, and you paste in the pieces that move.
The video shows the shape. This is the part it does not have room for: which one to reach for first, how each installs, and what each is genuinely good at.
Skiper UI, for the blocks you always need anyway
106 plus components in the shadcn style, built on Next.js, React, Tailwind and Framer Motion, with a Vercel and Apple flavoured look. Cards, pricing tables, carousels, marquees, preloaders, theme toggles and the micro-interactions that make a page feel finished.
It installs through the shadcn CLI, so each component is copied into your project as source you own rather than a package you depend on. There is nothing to keep updated and nothing to fight when you want to change a colour.
npx shadcn add @skiper-ui/skiper40
Reach for this first. It is the one that covers the sections every landing page has, so it is the fastest way to make an AI generated page stop looking like an AI generated page.
Pricing, plainly: there is a real free set. Premium is a 129 dollar one time payment and Exclusive is 549, which adds Figma files and full templates. Neither is a subscription and you do not need either to start.
Vengeance UI, for the cinematic half
46 components across 9 families plus more than 100 blocks, built on Radix primitives and Tailwind. This is the one that does reveals, staggered text, shutter preloaders, perspective grids and the scroll driven set pieces that agencies charge for.
It is fully open source and part of the Vercel OSS program, and it installs the same way Skiper does.
npx shadcn@latest add @vengeanceui/reveal-loader
The reveal loader is the single component with the highest ratio of impression to effort in any of these three libraries. It is a GSAP preloader with staggered text and a gradient shutter, it takes about four minutes to wire in, and it changes the first two seconds of your site, which are the two seconds that decide whether the rest gets looked at.

Animmaster Lib, for volume
300 components, and unlike the other two it is not limited to React. The same effects ship as plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as React and Next, so it works on a site that was never a framework project.
The catalogue is the reason to have it, and it is worth seeing the shape of it before you decide:
- 66 scroll animations and 26 hero animations
- 23 sliders, 21 navigation menus, 20 hover effects
- 20 mouse effects and 18 WebGL shaders
- 14 page transitions, 14 text animations, 11 SVG animations
- 10 background animations, 10 grid animations, 10 physics effects
Reach for this when you know the effect you want and you do not want to build it. It is a parts bin, not a design system, and that is the right way to use it.
React Bits, for the finish
171 components covering text animations, animated backgrounds and cursor effects. It is the one you open when the page already works and still feels flat.
The thing that makes it easier to adopt than the other three: every component ships in four variants, JavaScript or TypeScript, CSS or Tailwind. There is no assumption about your setup, so it drops into whatever you are already writing rather than asking you to convert something first.
Licensing is MIT plus Commons Clause, which in plain terms means free for personal and commercial work, and the only thing you cannot do is repackage it and sell it as a competing component library.
