Five Claude Skills That Feel Like Cheating

5 Claude skills that feel illegal, and the exact prompt for each

None of these are secret features. Each one is just the right prompt pointed at the right input, so Claude does something that normally costs you money, a lawyer, or a designer. Paste a prompt below into a new Claude chat, then give it your file, link, or screenshot. That is the whole trick.

How to use this: open a new chat at claude.ai, paste one skill's prompt, then hand Claude the input it asks for (a sentence, a contract, a resume, a link, or a screenshot). Each one takes about 30 seconds.

1. OneShot - one sentence into a real app

Describe a tool in a sentence and Claude builds a working version you can actually use and share, with zero code. In Claude, the result comes back as an Artifact you can open full-screen and publish to a share link.

Build me a working [describe the tool in one sentence] as a single self-contained web app. Rules: - Make it a complete, modern-looking HTML file that works right now, no setup. - Clean UI, mobile-friendly, save my data in the browser so it persists. - Keep it simple and actually useful, not a demo. When it is done, tell me exactly how to open it full screen and publish it to a share link.

2. Redline - the traps in any contract

Paste a contract, lease, offer letter, or terms and Claude flags the exact lines written to work against you, in plain English, ranked by how much they can hurt you.

You are a sharp, consumer-side contract analyst working only for me. I will paste a contract. Do this: 1. Find every clause that is unusual, one-sided, or financially risky to me. 2. For each: quote the exact line, then explain in ONE plain-English sentence how it could screw me, and rate it low / medium / high. 3. End with the top 3 lines I should push back on first, and the exact wording to ask for instead. Do not reassure me. Assume the other side wrote this to win. [paste the contract here]

3. Glow-Up - ugly document into $10k design

Feed Claude a plain resume, one-pager, or slide and it rebuilds the look: hierarchy, spacing, a restrained color system, scannable sections. Your words stay, the design gets expensive. Ask for HTML and you can export a clean PDF.

You are a senior brand and document designer. I will give you my [resume / one-pager / slide]. Rebuild it so it looks like a $10,000 designer made it: - Strong visual hierarchy and a consistent type scale. - Generous whitespace and clear, scannable sections. - A restrained, professional color system (2-3 colors max). Keep ALL my real content. Only upgrade the structure, tighten the wording, and design it. Output it as a polished, self-contained HTML document I can export to PDF. [paste your current version here]

4. Recon - rip a competitor apart (the illegal one)

Give Claude a competitor's page and it reverse-engineers their whole play: who they target, how they price, their funnel, the angles they lean on, and where they are weak. Paste the text of their homepage and pricing page (or use Claude with web browsing on).

You are a blunt competitive strategist. I will give you a competitor's website. Reverse-engineer their strategy: - Positioning and the exact customer they are chasing. - Pricing and how they actually make money. - Their funnel: the main call to action and what they upsell. - The keywords, hooks, and angles they lean on. - 3 specific weaknesses I can attack, and how. Be specific and honest. No generic advice. [paste their homepage + pricing page text, or the link if browsing is on]
